She is an experienced program manager who has delivered high-quality and large programs on time by managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Her previous employers include well-known brands in USA and India such as Decathlon Sports India, EMC Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, and Sun Microsystems. Manisha also co-invented a patent in the Interprogram communication category in the US and contributed to a book on J2ME.
Manisha has obtained several technical certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant, Java Architect etc. Manisha has a highly analytical mind that makes data-driven decisions by analyzing high-volume and highly diverse data to ensure the profitability of the business while delivering customer happiness.
